Stopping smoking

Thought Field Therapy T.F.T.

This teqnique was developed by Dr Roger callahan, it uses the acupuncture points in the body to stop cravings.  If you follow the instructions completely your craving will vanish.  Its important that you continue thinking about your craving whilst doing it.  What it does is it re-programs your brain to bypass your cravings.  It might sound silly, but it works!

1.  Focus on what you are craving.  On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being the highest) how strong is your craving?

2.  Now think about that craving and take two fingers of either hand and tap about 10 times firmly above one of your eyes.

3.  Now tap under the eye.

4.  Tap under your collarbone.

5.  Keep thinking about your craving and tap under your armpit.

6.  Put your other hand in front of you and tap on the back of it between the knuckles of your ring finger and your little finger.

7.  Open your eyes - now close them

8.  Keep tapping, open your eyes, look down to the right and down to the left

9.  Keep tapping, rotate your eyes round 360 degrees clockwise and then 360 degrees anti-clockwise

10.Still thinking of your craving, hum the first few lines of 'Happy Birthday' out loud

11.Count out loud from 1 to 5

12.Once again hum 'Happy Birthday' out loud

13.Repeat the beginning of the sequence.  Tap under each eye about ten times

14.Tap under your collarbone

15.Now tap under your armpit

Now stop and take a reading of your craving on a scale of 1 - 10.  If your craving hasn't completely gone, go through the sequence until it does, it may take 2 or 3 times.
Repeat this process whenever you feel the need.


Yes I know this does sound crazy !! but when I gave up smoking about 4 years now, it did work!
